Whole Wheat Sourdough

Our whole wheat sourdough is unique bread with its light texture, and our layered crust of our whole wheat sourdough bread. Ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, organic unbleached flour, filtered mountain lake water, organic wheat germ, organic malt, & sea salt.

Spelt

Some enjoy our spelt because it makes the best toast in the world while others enjoy our spelt because of the rich connections that spelt has with the ancient world. Our spelt is made with a combination of whole spelt and unbleached white spelt flours creating a delightfully light and airy loaf. Ingredients: Organic unbleached spelt, organic whole spelt, filtered mountain lake water, yeast, & sea salt.

Country White

Think way back to when you were 6 years old and your mother just baked a fresh loaf of bread, using the wood stove. This bread will bring that memory back in as a little as one bite. Our Country White has a soft crust of a yeast based bread, and the full flavors of white bread without the additives, stabilizers, chemicals, sugars, oils and GMO soy meal found in industrial white breads today. Chiabatta

Wonderful Italian slipper bread! Thin & chewy crusted bread with a light and airy inside. Many people describe it like eating a cloud! Ingredients: Organic unbleached white flour, filtered lake water, sea salt, yeast & organic malt.

French Country Miche

Our French Country Miche is hearty peasant bread with all the flavours of traditional European bread. The rich combination of wheat and rye flours leavened with our natural starter creates a flavours not surpassed in any bakery either her or in Europe. Cranberry Semolina

This bread shows our price in B.C! This loaf is packed with B.C’s world fresh cranberries. The high protein Durham semolina flour adds rich, buttery flavors with no added fats, oils or sugars. This product is often served at corporate morning meetings, hotels, bed & breakfasts, or just as your toast at home. Ingredients: filtered mountain lake water, organic unbleached white flour, organic Durham semolina flour, cranberries, sea salt & organic malt.

It’s crazy to say, but our seed bread is so popular that we think the birds are spreading the word! We naturally leaven this bread over 2 days and bake it on a stone hearth. Our bakers start with whole wheat dough and add whole apricots, walnuts, and raisins. No added sugars or oils ensure that the true flavors shine through. Walnut Rye

Steeped in the history of the Bordeaux wine region of France is this special bread with a traditional French flare. Low in gluten, leavened in a traditional manor and high in flavor. Roasted Garlic and Cheese

I love this bread! This bread by itself is a powerhouse of flavor. We select and roast whole cloves in our traditional sourdough. We let the bread rest for 2 days to allow the flavors to fuse. Just before we put it in the oven, the loaf is spilt and stuffed with Gouda, Cheddar & Monterey Jack. Ingredients: Organic unbleached white flour, filtered mountain lake water, cheese (gouda, cheddar and Monterey jack), roasted garlic, sea salt, organic wheat, germ & organic malt.

 Sprouted Wheat

This bread is proven to be one of the most popular loaves in your home. From it being easy digestible or to the taste of this bread that will make your children switch off the white bread habits. We sprout the full kernels of wheat in the bakery for 3 days, grind it on side and bake with it. Sweetened lightly with grape juice, this bread has a slightly nut like flavours that almost everyone loves!
